Common questions

The questions CEOs and CFOs always ask.

Do you work with direct competitors?

No. We work with one company per product category per market. If we're already working with a contextual advertising platform in India, we won't take on another. We'll tell you upfront if there's a conflict.

What's the minimum commitment?

The APAC Sprint is a fixed-scope 90-day engagement. The Fractional MD retainer has a 3-month minimum. AI Ops is month-to-month from day one. Every engagement has a 30-day exit clause — you can leave with 30 days notice at any point.

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to your pitch deck, product overview, and any existing customer data for APAC. For AI Ops, access to your marketing tool stack. Two internal contacts — one commercial, one who can approve messaging. That's it for week one.

How many companies do you work with at once?

2–3 active engagements at a time. This is by design — it ensures the engagement is genuinely led by senior expertise, not delegated to a junior team. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you and offer a waitlist or referral.

What if it's not working after month one?

We'll tell you first. The monthly pipeline report is honest — if we haven't hit the targets we said we would, that's in the report along with why and what we're changing. You can exit with 30 days notice at any time. We don't hide behind activity metrics.

Are you based in APAC? What are your working hours?

Based in Gurugram, India. We work across IST, US EST, and EU CET time zones — most client calls happen in early morning IST which is previous evening US or mid-morning EU. Response time is within 24 hours, usually faster. We travel to APAC markets regularly for client engagements.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, as standard. A mutual NDA is part of the engagement agreement. We handle commercially sensitive information for every client — discretion is non-negotiable.

Can you work as an extension of our existing marketing team?

Yes. For APAC specifically, we often work alongside a global VP of Marketing or CMO who is focused on US and Europe. We handle APAC as a dedicated focus — they retain strategic oversight, we handle in-market execution.

A named person who owns the relationship

We need one internal contact who can respond to our questions, approve messaging, and attend the monthly call. That's all we need from you.

Willingness to move fast on introductions

When we make an agency introduction, you need to be able to respond within 24 hours and schedule within a week. Slow follow-up kills APAC deals faster than anything else.

Realistic expectations on timeline

Pipeline in 90 days — yes. Signed contracts in 90 days — sometimes, but not always. APAC enterprise deals take 3–9 months to close from first meeting. We create the meetings; you close the deals.
